Leo Sfikas is an automotive management professional whose career includes sales leadership and oversight of dealership operations in the Chicago region. From 2003 through 2020, Leo Sfikas served as general manager at Currie Motors Auto Group, where his responsibilities included staff development, strategy, and long-range planning.

Mr. Sfikas coached 220 employees on sales practices and workplace procedures, with attention to communication across departments. His quarterly workshops focused on productivity enhancement. His earlier positions included general manager at Elmhurst Dodge, general sales manager at Schaumburg Jeep, and sales manager at Arrow Chevrolet.

At Currie Motors Ford of Frankfort, Mr. Sfikas helped the dealership reach first place regionally in 2006. The dealership also earned Ford 100 Club recognition for seven consecutive years. At Ford of Valpo, his sales team development efforts led to the dealership's rise from a ranking of 118th to second over five years.

Outside of his work in dealership management, Mr. Sfikas has been active in supporting philanthropic causes. He has organized car shows and fundraising activities to benefit military personnel, veterans, and Folds of Honor. He has also supported local schools.
